What are your fees?

We have an industry-low 10% management fee that is only charged when we secure a reservation on your behalf (and it's backed by our Risk-Free Guarantee). This commission-based pricing structure means we only make money when you do, keeping us motivated to maximize your rental income.

How is this different than Airbnb or VRBO?

Huxley Hospitality is a vacation rental management company. That means we handle all the tasks associated with operating a short-term rental property on behalf of our owners (which includes listing your property on all the top marketplaces), ensuring maximum bookings and eliminating the stress of renting out your second home.

How will you market my home?

First, we craft a listing that outshines the competition, complete with professional photos and an irresistible property description. Your rental will appear on our website, as well as the major marketplaces for vacation rentals: Vrbo, Airbnb,, and more. We’ll also use paid search, display ads, social media and our growing database of travelers to attract guests to your home.

Can I still use my home for personal use?

Of course. You can easily block out dates on your calendar for personal and family use.

How does your proprietary revenue management tech work?

To help you maximize your earnings, our analysts will start by performing an in-depth review of comparable rental properties in your area. Our dynamic rate engine will then continue to adjust your rates on a daily basis by accounting for a huge number of factors including occupancy, seasonality, and fluctuations in demand.
